Refunds & Cancellation

1. Annual plans — 7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you will not be charged again unless you renew.

2. Monthly plans — cancel anytime

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid month and then stops renewing. Monthly charges already billed are not refunded.

3. Auto-renewal ⓘ and California disclosures

Your subscription renews automatically. Paid plans continue and renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for each renewal.

California residents (Automatic Renewal Law): your plan will automatically renew until you cancel; the recurring charge is the plan price shown at purchase; the renewal occurs at the end of each billing period; and you may cancel at any time as described below to avoid future charges.

4. How to cancel

To cancel your subscription, email support@dividendiq.com from the email address on your account and we will process your cancellation. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for any period after that.

5. Requesting a refund

To request a refund covered by this policy (annual, within 7 days), email support@dividendiq.com with your account email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
