Plain-language summary — what this means
We collect only what we need to run DividendIQ for you. We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of trusted service providers ("sub-processors") to host the app and run features — they are listed below. We use only strictly-necessary first-party cookies (for sign-in and your theme preference), so there is no cookie consent banner.
1. Who we are
This policy explains how DividendIQ, a service of CRYPTOCO, INC. (CRYPTOCO, INC.), located at 906 W 2nd Ave Ste 100, Spokane, WA 99201, handles your personal information. DividendIQ is offered to United States residents only.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and sign-in method (magic link, passkey, or a federated provider).
- App data you enter — your portfolios, holdings, and any tax-profile settings you choose to provide.
- Technical data — request metadata (such as IP address and device/browser information) needed to operate and secure the service.
- Product analytics — non-identifying, categorical usage events used to understand and improve the product.
3. Cookies and on-device storage ⓘ
DividendIQ uses strictly-necessary first-party cookies and on-device storage only — specifically for your authenticated session and your theme/style preferences. We do not use third-party cookies, client-side advertising scripts, or client-side analytics cookies. Because there is no non-essential on-device third-party storage, no cookie consent banner is required. This is separate from the server-side sub-processors listed below, which set no cookies on your device but do process data on our behalf.

5. How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the service, operate features you use, communicate with you about your account, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
6. Your California privacy rights ⓘ
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), California residents may request access to, deletion of, or correction of their personal information, and may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@dividendiq.com.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our product analytics are first-party and used only to operate and improve DividendIQ.
7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
